Director Kelsey Bell has been a dedicated member of the Valley Learning Center family for nearly three decades. Her unwavering commitment to the well-being of every child is evident in her hands-on approach to facility management, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all.
Kelsey’s core philosophy centers on creating a loving and respectful atmosphere where children are fully engaged in their learning and development. She believes that a strong partnership with families is crucial for a child’s success and is always available to discuss your child’s progress.
